I need to get a replacement phone

I brought a samsung fold z recently from sky but unfortunetly the phone gets off automatically .I spoke with samsung they gave me refernce number [removed].They told me to return the phone to sky this phone has some issue they said.

The process can take many weeks.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
