I need to access full call records for three years for legal proceedings.
I am involved in legal proceedings as claimant and will be asked for full call records from my mobile (in and out) for the last three years. Screen captures are very painful to obtain and done have inbound calls either. Is there any other way?

Hi @MisterSMD you should be able to download the outgoing call information with your bills via your account. You wont be able to get incoming call information.

For older bills you may have to submit a subject access request https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request
These can take up to 28 days to be actioned but as @63johnw correctly states it won't include incoming call information or calls to freephone numbers.
