I made a payment before my bill came out so that it would use that so I knew what money I had in my bank for other things, this usually works but this time it took that payment and then took another payment when it was not supposed too now I'm in a bad financial situation because I don't have enough money to buy food I need the credit that wasn't used being sent back to my bank but I don't know how to do this

@Adam_cookson for future reference: for this to work any payment you make has to be showing as credit on your sky account at least five clear working days before payment is due any later and you are at risk of the situation you now find yourself in
As for the refund If the overpayment is showing as credit you can either call sky direct or if you prefer we can ask the commission messaging team to contact you via the forum to process the refund, both methods take 3-5 working days to complete
