I need proof device hasn't been used since it was dropped and smashed for travel insurance... sim on
Travel insurance are requesting proof device hasn't been used since it was dropped butnimnonly on a sim only contract... can I get that Info still from sky?

Have you asked them as a sim only customer what proof they would take ?

Yes, they have requested usage specifically related to the phones Imei number. From 1st date of use up to last date phone was used.
I have requested this from Sky but as I did not purchase the phone through Sky they can only give me the usage related to the phone number (calls/txt etc) and nothing available to link to a specific device.
