I need access to My Messages in My Account when I log into My Sky ID - Anyone having issues?
I need a copy of my contract or bill to claim my free gift but when I log into My Sky ID and go to "My Messages" when I click on "Inbox" it gives me a "Restricted" message is anyone else having this issue?

If you are sure you are logged in with the correct ID or email address then you will have to contact Sky support about this. They can be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of this page along with Facebook Messenger.

Hi,
I am using the correct email and password for my Sky ID. I have contacted them but they keep emailing the contact and agreement to the My Sky My Messages Inbox which i cant access. I have cleared cache and cookies and used different browser and used laptop and mobile to log in and still same issue.
Just wondered if anyone else was having the same issue. Just need details for my insurance and to claim my free gift 😞

You will need to contact Sky and inform them of these issues you are having as someine will need to investigate this for you so unless you do you will not be able to access the details required to claim your free gift.
