I my phone number hasn’t switched

I got my new phone and switched everything got a pac code from my old provider 3 and I received an email from sky saying g it would be done the next day it's not done I'm not sure what to do.

When was this?  Is your Three SIM still working?

So my other sim is completely gone now can't access it I received this email so iv been waiting since yesterday afternoon and I can't do anything. On sky my number is on the app but no one can call me

So I don't need to worry about anything and I can't try do anything in the meantime

If tne sim you had on the other network is not working then it might be because the number is in tne process of being transfered to your Sky sim so at present you do not need to do anything.
