I'm trying to activate my new sim. The final stage is to link my Sky ID to the mobile account but despite me entering my correct surname, postcode and bank digits, it says they are incorrect!
I can't call you to discuss as I have 3p left on my old account that I'm leaving!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have another sim that you are still paying for then you can use it to call Sky as the call is free so would not cost a penny. 150 (just that) is the number to call Sky on for no charge.
