I’m struggling to activate my new sim and there is a constant error message each time I try. Can any

I'm struggling to activate my new sim and I constantly get an error message saying there's been a problem. Can't seem to get past this. Can anyone help?

The only way to get it activated would be by using another phone and calling Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
