Any overpayments will be returned. If you have your tracking number confirming that it's been received you could try calling sky on 150 to tell them so they can update their records.

Sky or their agent company will need to process the phone and examine it to make sure it is in excellent condition and undamaged which may be delayed due to the holiday period. You'll need to call Sky for the latest update.
