I'm still getting charged for a handset that I returned well before Christmas last year I don't want to be continuing to pay for something I have returned and cancelled

Hi @Miss+Hilary  it normally takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and with Christmas it's probably taking longer. Any overpayments will be returned. If you have your tracking number confirming that it's been received you could try calling sky on 150 to tell them so they can update their records.

Was this a new device that you returned within the cooling off period? Sky or their agent company will need to process the phone and examine it to make sure it is in excellent condition and undamaged which may be delayed due to the holiday period. You'll need to call Sky for the latest update.
