Morocco is a 'rest of world' tariff - so expensive.

If you enable data then you may burn any spendcap within minutes (over £2 per MEGAbyte).

Yes, ensure your spend cap is increased but I wouldn't enable data roaming.

As @PandJ2020 indicates, if cellular data is enabled then any reasonable spending cap may be exceeded before you've left the airport, just by the typical background operation of an average smartphone, so it's really important to check that's off.
