I'm in Dubai and Data Roaming isn't working and there's no phone signal. Sky advised this was being caused by a mast issue in the UK and it could be 24-48 hours before it's resolved. Is anyone else having this issue

I've already tried all of those suggestions and it still doesn't work. It worked fine for the first 2 weeks I was here and just went off 2 days ago. There are no issues with my spend cap. I've turned my phone off and back on, I've removed and replaced my sim, I've reset network settings.
