I’m confused on my bill for my phone
they took the money out for my monthly payment then gave it me back? So I put the money back in and now it says 64 pound something on my credit but I have already just paid it and then that popped up about the credit and I don't understand it

Re: I’m confused on my bill for my phone
If the original payment that Sky took was returned from you then was there enough in your account for the payment.
If this happened via a direct debit and it has failed then Sky will try again in 10 days time so you did not have to make the manual payment which is why it has now appeared on your account as a credit. This can be refunded or left to pay for a future bill.

Is your bill usually paid by a direct debit because if it is do not make another payment as Sky will try again in 10 days time to take it.
