I'm at the end of my mobile contract by quite a time and am now considering upgrading. Do I have to swap? Or can I keep
my old phone?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have finished your contract then as you now own the device you can not swap or upgrade it as you can only do this when you are still paying for it.
You can place another order for a new device and enter into a new contract as long as you again pass the credit checks.
