I am trying to aquire the free watch that came with the new galaxy phone that I got from sky but I've lost the order confirmation email. I need it as Samsung say I've not given enough details on my purchase. I need, product purchased, date of purchase, retailers name and price paid. I can't seem to find all this on my actual sky account, any help?
You could try giving Samsung your Sky account number as apparently they have accepted this previously.
