I lost my sim activation code and need to order a new sim and it won't let me and all the reply's aren too the same link to report my phone stolen when all I want to do is order a new sim and get my sim working

It just says buying a new sim like I'm starting a new phone contract again

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou do have to purchase a new sim as you can't get a replacement sim due to the other one not been activated so it will be cancelled so a new one is the only way to go ahead to get a sim on your account.
