I like to cancel my sky mobile please

Hi,

I wish to change my phone to different provider so I want to cancel my sky mobile number and services, how can I do it. I don't want to transfer the same number to new provider.

Hi @GurkhaRF07  call sky on 150 and provided you are past the 12 month minimum term on your sim they will cancel it for you. If you are still paying for a phone then you must continue paying for that. You can't cancel a credit agreement for any phone.
