I have had the same mobile account for quite some years but just lately I keep having to use data from my piggy bank at least once a week. I am not using my mobile any more than I have ever used it. To help me from getting this message every 5 minutes, last week I updated the usage allowance and am now paying an extra £2.00 per month.
I have just had a message again telling me I have used up all my data allowance AGAIN!
CAN YOU Please get somebody to look into this for me.
Thank you in advance.

Thanks, I'm going to ring SKY Mobile and hopefully get a resolution.
How I got to you I have no idea it just proves you do have to be careful what you click on whilst trying to get help, its like opening a can of worms.
Thanks all the same for your reply! Have a good day.

I'm having the same issue, my use of data was very low and has now rocketed! It's as if the phone is favouring using the mobile data rather than the wifi at home or work 95% of the time.

Do you have mobile data turned off when at these locations ?
