You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up. This negates the need for a manual payment. Is this not the case?

Are your services restricted due to a missed payment?

@Sergejus You should be able to make a payment using the My Bills section on the My Sky app.

Why are you wanting to make a payment as usually there should be no need to unless your services have been restricted so is this the case ?
