I have recently moved from France back to the UK. My mobile has a French number

I have recently left France to live back in the UK.   I want to change my French sim to an English sim preferabbly Sky.   However, your system does not allow me to put in my French number to be able to change over to Sky sim.    I hope this makes sense I have been on here for over an hour now

@Lyn20  You should be abke to order a sim online however if it's asking you if you want to port a number as well I don;t beleive yu can do that from a provider outside the UK.

 

If it's a UK contact number it's asking for then I'm afraid unless you have an existing UK number you may have trouble setting an account up.  You could opt for a Pay as you go sim which you can pick up almost anywhere to use a sa temporary measure.

 

Then you will be able to place  your order with Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You might have to use the number the sim from Sky comes with because like @GD1 has said it might not be possible to port from a sim from outside of the UK.
