I have received my new SIM however when i log in to activate it only brings up my daughters SIM

IWhen i try to activate my new SIM i log in and it only brings up my Daughters number (same account),  what do i need to do?

Hi @Sianebabes  that sounds like your extra sim has been ordered on a different account (for whatever reason), give sky a call on 150 (from a sky sim) so they can locate the new sim and advise further.
