I have put my sim into my phone it is activated but is coming up MCK code required

I have put my sim which is activated into phone I have tried unlock code and now it is asking for a MCK code

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Craig733  Did you get the device from SKy or another network?  If the latter then you need an unlock code from that former network.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
