I have paid my phone twice
My iPhone 17 I have been charged twice and all my discounts have expired can someone look into this please

@linzib No one here can look into anything as this is a customer helps customer community.
Have you checked your bill online? Do the 2 charges cover different periods, as for discounts they will end as they are not for the lifetime of your service with Sky.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
