I have  Ordered the iPhone 16 pro Max one tb it says delivery 1-2 Weeks and all it says on tracking it is delivery day expected soon what is going on and when will I receive my phone

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

It is said 1-2 on order and says the order is due soon then it could be that this is the timescale you are lookig at.
