When I signed up for my IPhone 14 deal I was told it would be £27 a month, yet my first bill cost me £30.
I have now downgraded my data plan, yet my bill hasn't decreased any. Does anyone know what's going on please?

First bills can be more as they can cover more than the usual 4 weeks so have you checked to see what dates it covers and then looked at your future bills ?

I have downgraded my data but my second bill is still estimated at £30.

I have downgraded my data but my second bill is still estimated at £30.
So what is it, did you order an iphone 14 or just change your data package ?

I signed up for my IPhone 14 during the Sky Mobile sale. The advert said it would cost me £27 a month. My first bill was surprisingly more at £30.
I figured I would change to a smaller data plan but this months bill is still estimated at £30. I don't understand why that is the case.
I need a breakdown of what all the different parts of my plan costs to help me to understand things.

The chances are the bill is £30 is as I said earlier it is because this first bill covers more than 4 weeks as per this:
