Has DPD contacted you to say they are going to deliver it, if not then they have not yet got it from Sky so the latest on your delivery should be found here:

Yes and i was not at home.....i can provide you proof that i was at work for whole day

I don't need to see proof because as you can see I am a customer like you as we all are on here as this is where customers help each other.

 

Have you spoken to DPD or if they have left a card then you might be able to arrange another delivery via their website or app. If not you will have to contact Sky.
