I have not received any instructions on how to return my old phone

I have done a swap on my mobile and didn't get any instructions on how or where to return my old mobile.

Hi @JoSi2  you normally use the packaging that the new phone came in and the address to send to should also have been in there. If you no longer have it then call sky on 150 to get new one sent out.
