I have no service and my bills been paid

I didn't pay my bill and the service was cut off but my bill has been paid since this time yesterday and I still have no service and I need to make a call

It can take a couple of days for the payment to clear into Sky's systems.

 

Ensure, you have a regular payment setup too.

 

You may be able to call 150 for assistance?

 

Otherwise, you'll need to contact Sky via another phone or other methods (e.g. Social media).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As well as paying the outstanding bill you do have to setup your payment method again so this will need doing if you are yet to do this and then your are awaiting for the banks to clear the payment you made before your service ill be restored.
