No signal to my phone and my sons sometimes it comes up as 1 bar on 3g n coverage checker says no fault 2 phones cant do this at same time unless theres a signal fault🤔

You could be in an area of weak signal @John595, does your phone work away from your home ?

Sounds like a fault with a local mast then @John595 , maybe hasn't made it to the signal status page yet ?
