I have no mobile service

Hi , I'm staying in my partners house in collon Louth and I have no mobile service, I checked the service checker to see if the service in the area was bad but it says it's fine and I have no service on my phone

Does something like a reboot fix it ?

 

If not try sending the network settings from here:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
