I have no data on my phone

A few questions:

 

Have you activated the sim ?

Has it been working up to this point ?

Can you make calls and texts ?

Yes my SIM /data was working in my old phone it's not working in this one

So you have move the sim from one phone to this new one, if so have you requested that the network settings are sent to it:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
