I have a new sky phone and I have transferred my tel over but my texts keep going to the number originally provided . Calls are coming through to the right number

Hi @Sharon+2309 if this is an iPhone go to settings, phone, my number and check the correct number is stored there, if not then update it then exit and reboot your phone.

Hi thanks but I can't seem to have the option to change the number in settings??

Are you sure you are in settings, phone (not messaging) , my number @Sharon+2309 as it should be changeable there.
