I have just changes to sky mobile but I cannot make calls from my new phone
I cannot call you to ask why I cannot use my new phone and your 'help chat' is not answering my problem

This is where Sky customers help each other so have you recently transfered your mobile number to Sky and if so is it correct in your phone itself.
