I have changed provider and come to sky Mobile and still not received my previous mobile number .

I gave my PAC code on 6/09/2024 and not received my previous number I am now on holiday and my daughter phoned my previous number and someone else seems to have this number in use which has been mine for the last 17 years I don't understand how this can be ?????

You will need to call Sky on 150 about this.

It seems your previous provider has reallocated the number before you transferred it - there is a time limit for transfers.

 

If the number has been reallocated then it may be impossible to retrieve.

...possibly the previous provider too.  It's not clear if Sky had confirmed the transfer.
