I have changed my mobile phone and want to update the phone details on my account. Can i do this on line or do i need to contact Sky by phone?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you mean your contact number then you should be able to update it yourself via the MySky app.

Thank you for your reply, yes I retained my phone number no problem. However, if I go to my mobile account details on my sky, my phone details are showing my old Samsung device, and not my new Apple I phone. All I am trying to do is change my devices info, but this seems impossible to do on line. I have tried using the virtual assistant facility, but it cannot understand what I want to do.

I have just tried to do the same. The online expert advised me that unless the phone was purchased through SKY it will not be able to have details shown.

That is correct.
Phones ordered from Sky stay there until they are returned. (i.e. for a swap)
