I have bought a new phone and it has come with a new sim, it will not accept the pac code as I’m a p

I have bought a new phone from sky through my account, it has sent me a sim, but it will not activate as I am already a customer, I have text the number it asks but the code will not be accepted

@Kellie09  You can't port a number from one Sky sim to another, you should simply use your old sim in your new phone.

The phone might have come with a sim by default so unless you wanted a second sim and therefore be paying for another one then as advised above you can use the one you already have.
