Both my wife and I have had no mobile connection for over a week now. What's being done to resolves this situation?
I receive messages giving updates, all I see is the timeline extending. This morning Sky now say that the issue should be fixed by Wednesday 28th August, at 20:00. I sincerely hope this is the case, after all I'm paying for a service that I haven't been able to use.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it's a mast issue you have to remember that Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so you're relying on a third party repair.
