I have been charged roaming charges for calling myself?

Very confused at the moment, I was in morroco and have been charged £17 from making phone calls abroad. But I did not make a single phone call.

At the time my friend messaged me saying she had tried to call my number but someone else was answering, which was very confusing and we confirmed it was my correct number. My mum also tried to call me and my number was being picked up by someone else.
I never received these calls and they didn't appear on my call log.
When I left morroco my number worked again and i received calls as normal but now I have been charged for all the calls which I never even received, and weirdly the number on my bill it is claiming I was calling was myself?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

In rest of world locations you are charged to receive calls.  However, you need to call Sky (on 150) to query the charges if they were not connected correctly.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Did you get it solved? It happened to me too. I got a bill for £120 while we made not a single call. We did not answer any of the incoming calls either. I am trying to dispute it with SKy but I have no high hopes it will get resolved.
