Please can you provide a refund for the over payment of £16 for my bill

Hi @Aaron206 you aren't talking to sky here so they won't refund you as a result of a post on here. Is this your first bill as they are usually higher as you pay for the current month and next month. If it's not your first bill what is your bill saying the extra charges are for. The number for sky is 150 from your sky sim.
