a data plan that I dont need as I will be using my old sim and data allowance. Can I use my old sim in new phone? Can I buy phone without sim?

Hi @Bib2  yes you can use your old sim, there should be an option worded "I don't need a sim" or similar. If that option doesn't show then choose the cheapest option but don't activate it when it arrives and you won't be charged, it will drop off your account after a month.
