I have a new iphone 17 and set up accordingly , activated a new sim but cannot make outgoing calls.

I have set up the phone according to the instructions and activated a new sim but remaining with sky. I have checked everything I have read on the Community and check my settings accotdingly but still cannoty make calls or send text or email

Are you currently a Sky sim customer, if not check the primary sim settings on your phone to make sure the correct one is set.
