I have a new SIM but I can't activate it
I have a new SIM. I go to sky.com/sim as it says on the packaging and it tells me to link my account. When I enter the detials requested it says my account is already linked. I then click activate SIM and it tells me to link my account. I enter the details and it says already linked. I just go around in circles!

It sounds like you are signed in with the wrong details so are you logged in with the same email address you used to place the order with, if so do you have any more email accounts that this order could have been ordered by ?
