I have a Sky mobile account. I am changing my plan which means a new sim. Will I keep my number?

I am an existing Sky Mobile customer. I am changing my plan and am being sent a new sim. Will my mobile number remain the same or is action needed?

Hi @NN55  if you have ordered a new plan and sim then that will come with a new number. Was the choice not available to increase the plan on your current sim via your account ? If you want to keep your old number then when the new one arrives you need to activate the new one then port the old one to a different network using a PAC to a PAYG sim. Then port it back to the new sim. You can't port from one sky sim to another.
