I can't access data outside of my home. All the help advises me to check my APN sttings or input them manually. I can't because all I get is 'Access point name settings are not available for this customer. I was with Virgin, they moved me to O2, I had no trouble with them, but since moving to Sky I have no 4G access

What did you do to access data. My new Motorola phone says APN settings are not available for this user. I can only access the internet when I'm on wifi.
