I have 3 Sky sims I need new PAC codes for and I just want to do it via a web chat - but it appears its mission impossible. When I try via My Account/MySky it generates the same PAC code for all 3 sims and they don't work. Help please 🙏

Thanks - this is where I have tried before and after generating one PAC code it says I have to phone up.

Thanks @63johnw very helpful, but I have 3 sky sims and I had previously requested PAC codes for them, and got 3 different codes, but they are older than 30 days now. So what I really want is for this post/request to get elevated so someone from sky contacts me and helps. It was a very long and arduous process getting the PAC codes the first time round, spread over a few days and involving 3 different phone calls etc...

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
