If they don't your only option is to just order a new phone without upgrading or swapping.

Thankyou for your reply but the contract still has a fair while left to run so starting a new one isn't really an option. I will give them a call and see 🙂

Hi, same problem here. Did you manage to swap in the end or were sky not interested as a different phone?

Just wondering what the outcome on this was - my iPhone 15 PM has developed the screen burn issue and as I have apple care am going to take it in for them to look at. Presumably it would just be a case of giving Sky the new IMEI but not sure.
