I don't recommend SKY Mobile

I signed up to Sky Mobile on 1/7/25 and ordered an ESIM only to be told that my phone is not compatible with this.

 

There was also an issue porting my number from Three.

 

I contacted Three to fix on their end.

 

 

 

I spoke to a SKY agent on 1/7/25 who then ordered me a SIM card and after 8 days I was still waiting for a SIM card.

 

In the meantime I got an email and two calls from the porting team. They said they would call me again on 7/7/25 but I heard nothing.

 

 

 

I had to top up with my current provider to phone SKY yesterday.

 

I phoned SKY on 9/7/25 to cancel. The agent was quite confused and I explained I was charged the €10 for the Service but could only refund €7.42. How is this right ? This is not acceptable. I was very unhappy.

I've since been sent a chat window but they can't talk to me as I'm not in the UK. They said they would pass me to a ROI chat at 11.41. I hope that I can chat to someone soon.

I eventually put in a formal complaint to Sky.

They came back to me in under 10 days and will refund the full amount. They acknowledge that error on their part.
