@mbhuva1  The offer woyuld have been displayed at the point of sale, you should also have received a confirmation em ail of your order which may still have the offer showing.

 

As the offer isn't showing on the current website what date did you place the oprder?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
