Discussion topic: I don’t have original box

I've swapped phone and need to send my old phone back but I can't find it's original box it came in. Any ideas for solutions? Thanks

You don't need to use the original box that it came in as you can use the one you new phone came in as there should be a return label on the inside of it that you can use. If you don't have this either then call Sky on 150 as they will get a return label and packaging sent to you.
