I don’t have any data so can’t text or call. No internet data either. What am I paying for?

Changed to Sky mobile yesterday. No data, internet, calls or texts. How on earth do I contact sky with no data? Paid my bill and not getting any service. Any ideas? Thanks

Did you activate the Sky sim ?

Are you transferring a number from a different network to the Sky sim ?

Does any mast issues show here for you:

All you can do seeing as you have internet access is to contact Sky via social media as there are some links at the bottom of this page or they can be contacted via Whatsapp.
