Help with adult blocker don't have a credit card to verify I am 18 only a bank card?

@Ronnie22 You can borrow a card as it doesn't have to be in your name
alternately if you have a credit agreement with sky give them a call as they will know your over 18 because of that
the above are your only options

As advised give Sky a call. Dial 150 free from your Sky sim. The agent will be able to deactivate the parental controls for you.
